Each morning we heartily treat our guests with fresh dishes cooked with love.
Breakfast is served:
from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on weekdays
from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on weekends and holidays
In the assortment of the buffet we offer:
• Hot snacks: bacon, sausages, scramble.
• Side dishes: vegetables / couscous / stuffed pancakes / rice with vegetables, potato dishes, etc. The assortment changes daily.
• Assorted cheese, meat platter, chef's salted salmon, herring.
• Assorted fresh vegetables.
• Homemade pastries: cabbage and cheese pies, sweet pastries, French croissants, sweet desserts.
• Muesli, cereals, seeds, assorted yoghurts.
• Fresh seasonal fruits.
• Juices, tea, fresh coffee.
A hot dish is prepared for each guest according to an individual order. Egg dishes: omelets, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs; porridge, pancakes, cheese cakes.
Any additional wishes, taste preferences, as well as dietary features are taken into account: the possibility of serving breakfast without gluten (by prior arrangement) and sugar, cooking porridge and coffee with vegetable milk.
