Our loyalty program is designed to thank you for choosing our hotel time and time again. We value every visit and want to delight you with an increasing number of privileges.
First level
Base

A one-time 3% discount is provided upon registration in the program.
Second level
Silver

Provides a 10% discount for website bookings after accumulating 10 nights.
Third level
Gold

Provides a 12% discount for website bookings after accumulating 20 nights.
Fourth level
Platinum

Provides a 15% discount for website bookings after accumulating 30 nights.
1. Any guest can register for the loyalty program.
2. The loyalty card is linked to the guest's mobile phone number and is issued automatically upon registration in the personal account.
3. The loyalty program card is cumulative; upon reaching the next status, the guest is awarded the next level discount.
4. Card accumulations expire every 2 years.
5. A personal account will be created for each program participant on our website, where you can track your loyalty level, the privileges of each level, and your booking history.
